The King & Bear sits between bustling Jacksonville to the north and historic St. Augustine to the south, an easy thirty-minute ride to either.  All around is shopping, services, recreation, culture, education, and entertainment galore.  Anything and everything is within easy reach, including a Publix grocery store, two pharmacies, a UPS Store, and a large medical complex just outside the main gate.
